Situation /Background

Mr. Ishfaq Ahmad Hajam, a young entrepreneur from Magraypora, Achabal, transformed his life from a modest farming background to a thriving horticulture business. With support from KVK-Anantnag, he received training in nursery raising and canopy management under a NABARD-assisted project, along with 500 clonal apple rootstocks. This enabled him to establish M/S Janish HD Farms Ltd., specializing in high-density apple orchards and quality nursery planting materials.
